[InHerSight](https://www.inhersight.com/) leverages data to achieve its goal of promoting transparency and accountability in the workplace for women, helping them to make smarter career choices. It is an anonymous platform where users can rate how well their past and present employers do on the 14 metrics that are the most important to working women. These metrics range from maternity leave, salary satisfaction, equal opportunities for women and men, female representation in leadership to friendliness of colleagues and wellness initiatives. Additionally, women can also rank the 14 metrics and get matched to jobs and employers that best fulfill their preferences.
